I fell down it for about twenty minutes this morning and came up out the other side feeling vaguely seen.&lt;/p>
&lt;p>The answers range from the obvious (eating before you grocery shop, which, yes, everyone knows this and everyone forgets it) to the surprisingly drastic. One person broke up with their partner and discovered they&amp;rsquo;d been spending nearly five thousand dollars a year on takeaway and dining out, often picking up the tab. That&amp;rsquo;s not a money habit. That&amp;rsquo;s a whole relationship audit. Good on them for doing the maths, though.&lt;/p></description></item></channel></rss>
